Rinat came immediately to remove the flooring, saved all my quarter round and planks, cleaned everything up, and returned a few days later to reinstall the floor. It looks like new! They redid two showers in our home and both came out beautiful. The marble-look tile is stunning.You can see professionalism in every detail and it’s just gorgeous all around. Our installer Alex was respectful, tidy, and clearly takes pride in his work. And Rinat, the owner, was straightforward, fair, and actually answered his phone when I had questions anytime I called, you don’t always get that with contractors. I’ve already recommended them to my neighbor. If you want tile or flooring done right, these are your guys. My husband and I recently bought a home and almost immediately had a pipe leak which ruined the LVP flooring. Out of all the flooring contractors we got estimates from, Rinat came in very reasonably priced and also felt the most trustworthy. Rinat got to work right away removing our damaged floors and baseboards and running a dehumidifier to dry out the slab. However, we discovered mold, so the flooring project got put on hold until remediation could be completed. We had a less than reliable scheduling experience with the remediation company and kept having to push out our timeline to get Rinat and his team back in to reinstall the floors. Rinat was very understanding and so easy to work with. When we finally were able to get them back to reinstall the floors, he worked quickly, but also meticulously. As you can see from the photos, he did a fabulous job. The toilets and all the appliances were removed and reinstalled and you’d never know it. Rinat and his team also installed new baseboards and painted them for us. The LVP has a proper vapor barrier underneath it now and looks even better than it originally did. Dropped a weight on tile floor and cracked a divot. Alex came out and replaced tile square. He was professional, excellent work, and great communication. They helped us to find the right kind of flooring for our home and did an incredible job installing LVP over our existing tile floors! We were nervous about how well it would work but Rinat did an excellent job of prepping the tile floors for the LVP install. He also moved our furniture TWICE (for prep and install)! Rinat was meticulous and treated the job with detail and care. We are so happy with how the project turned out! Will be recommending SVR Floors to all of our friends and neighbors!!Load more
