Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SVR FLOORS website and your requests for flooring-related services from SVR FLOORS. They are intended to provide clear expectations around estimates, scheduling, project scope, payments, workmanship and website use.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the SVR FLOORS website and your requests for flooring-related services from SVR FLOORS (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, contacting us, requesting an estimate or scheduling service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or request services through it.
Services, Estimates & Scope
SVR FLOORS provides residential flooring-related services, which may include flooring installation, replacement, floor leveling, subfloor-related repair work, damage-related flooring removal and related preparation services. Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes and may not reflect every project condition, substrate issue, material limitation or room-specific requirement.
Estimates and project review
- Phone, email or website estimates are preliminary and based on limited information.
- Final pricing and scope may require on-site review, measurements, substrate inspection or confirmation of room conditions.
- We may recommend repair, preparation, leveling, replacement or an adjusted installation plan based on what is discovered at the property.
Important: Flooring conditions may change once existing material is removed or once the substrate is reviewed more closely. Hidden damage, uneven surfaces, moisture-related issues, weak subfloor sections, old patchwork or transition problems may affect the final scope of work. If the scope changes, we will explain the issue and review updated options before proceeding.
Scheduling, Access & Cancellations
Appointments
Appointment times may be provided as scheduled windows rather than exact arrival times, depending on prior jobs, project complexity, travel conditions and scheduling changes. We make reasonable efforts to arrive within the stated window and to communicate meaningful delays.
Access & Site Conditions
You are responsible for providing timely, safe access to the work area. This may include clearing furniture or personal items where required, securing pets, and making sure the room is reasonably available for review or work. If access is unavailable or conditions are unsafe, we may reschedule the project.
Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as early as possible. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable trip, consultation or service fee for late cancellations or no-shows where applicable, especially when time has been reserved specifically for your project.
Materials, Existing Conditions & Site Issues
Flooring projects often depend on existing room conditions that are outside our control before work begins. This may include substrate movement, moisture history, structural weakness, prior non-standard repairs, inconsistent patches, old adhesive conditions, uneven transitions or room-to-room height differences.
- Material performance depends on proper site conditions, room preparation and suitability of the selected flooring for the space.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing hidden conditions that were not visible or discoverable through reasonable review before work began.
- If additional corrections are required to support the requested flooring properly, those items may be treated as added scope.
Pricing & Payments
- Pricing may be provided as a fixed project amount, a labor-and-materials amount, or another written scope-based pricing structure depending on the work.
- Payment is due according to the terms stated in your estimate, invoice or approved project agreement.
- You are responsible for any approved added scope, ordered materials, permit-related costs, disposal costs or other project-specific charges where applicable.
Additional work
If conditions are discovered that require additional preparation, repair, removal or material adjustment, we will communicate the revised scope and pricing before proceeding whenever reasonably possible. We will not move forward with material changes to the project without your approval except where immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect the room, prevent further damage or stabilize unsafe conditions.
Workmanship & Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship. Any workmanship warranty applies only to the labor we performed, under normal residential use and proper conditions. Manufacturer warranties, if any, apply separately to materials, flooring products, trims, underlayment or other components and are not the same as our labor warranty.
Warranty exclusions
- Issues caused by pre-existing structural movement, substrate instability, moisture intrusion, water damage, misuse, neglect or abnormal site conditions.
- Problems related to work altered, removed or affected by third parties after our work is completed.
- Natural expansion, contraction, wear patterns, color variation, normal product characteristics or limitations inherent to the selected flooring material.
- Adjacent or underlying conditions outside the approved project scope.
If you believe there is a workmanship-related issue, contact us promptly so the condition can be reviewed in a reasonable timeframe.
Website Use
You agree to use the website for lawful purposes only. You may not interfere with the website’s operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, use the site to transmit malicious code, or use the website in any way that could damage, disable or impair the site or related services.

Calls, Texts & Email
By contacting us, you consent to receive communications from us by phone, SMS/text or email related to your request, appointment, project, estimate, scheduling updates or follow-up matters. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier or plan. You may request that we stop non-essential communications at any time.
Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SVR FLOORS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific project or service is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of the above may not apply in every circumstance.
